Kimberly Key is a board certified counselor, certified mediator and founder of Encompass Work & Family in Austin, Texas. She has a Master of Arts in counseling and educational psychology and marriage and family therapy, and a Bachelor of Arts in political science (international affairs) and journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno. She counsels, coaches and trains people and organizations on career, relationships, and negotiations.
